COURSE PROGRAM

The course will have lectures on fundamental knowledge of diabetes, epidemiology, medical statistics and diabetes education. These will be supplemented by examples and previous research studies. There will be opportunities for students to work to gain experience in data analysis and interpretation. Students will be given opportunities to present the status of
diabetes in their home countries. Facilitated by faculty members and tutors,
they will also work in small groups on projects to be presented at the end
of the course.
